What I do

I offer evidence-based support for people experiencing the difficulties of life or who want to increase their performance in any of life’s wonderful endeavors. This can mean a lot of things from depression, anxiety, adjustment to change, finding purpose, creating meaning etc. I take a holistic approach to people, including mindfulness, nutrition, and movement.

“The real meditation is how you live your life.”

Learn Balance and Productivity with Joy

I understand the anxiety of not being who and where you want to be. The overwhelm of what you “should be doing”. Learn how to accept yourself and love who you are and also how to care for you. Learn to do what needs to be done without being overwhelmed and racked with the shame of procrastination. Learn to move because it feels good and not because of guilt. Learn to love the body you have, and release the struggle of striving for a different body at the expense of you health and wellbeing. You will find your own internal worth, strength, and how to strike balance in your life.

What can I help you with?

People tend to look into counseling or coaching when life events feel overwhelming, difficult to navigate, and stressful. They tend to have the best intentions and goals, but somehow find themselves struggling to actualize them. They may even think it is impossible for them to make changes at all. So much of who we are as people is directly related to the relationship between ourselves and our emotions. I work with adults and adolescents who are motivated to make changes and have a strong capacity for self-awareness. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ and a variety of topics relating to intersectionality.

I offer trauma-informed and evidence-based counseling with a strong emphasis in mindfulness, both in person and remotely. I also provide trauma-informed coaching for life, yoga, and movement for fitness.
